The Trust has created a conversion tool that can easily take your existing claim and review data and convert it to a AWI claim.
This conversion tool provides a way to electronically transfer information from an existing claim to an AWI claim. Trust Online's Conversion Search page allows any previously filed claim to be easily searched and converted into an AWI claim.
Prior to submitting the converted Armstrong World Industries claim, Trust Online provides detailed claim data and review decisions that were made during the review process. For detailed instructions on how to convert a claim, click here to access the user manual.
To take full advantage of the conversion tool, simply complete an “Electronic Filer Agreement”. The Trust will then create your AWI Trust Online account.
